Out-copy your competition with these supercharged words.

With billions of web pages to compete against, even the tiniest of tweaks you make to optimize your website can give you a major edge.

While there are thousands of said “tweaks” to make, let’s focus on how to give your website’s copy a competitive advantage.

How so?

Use supercharged, actionable words throughout your website.

To get you started, here are the top 10 words to add to your copy in 2025

Super

First recorded between the years 1620-1630, the word “super” has since been used, by our estimation, at least twice. And that’s not including the word “super” (which has now been used at least three times) when used as a prefix.

Speaking of which, that brings us to our second recommendation. A word very commonly used after “super” (that’s four) as a prefix.

Charge

If you really want to supercharge the word “super” (five!), add the word “charge” after it! These extra six letters make your business six-times more likely to outperform your competition*. Try charging up your copy with a word like “charge!”

And to make it even more effective, add a prefix before it. Like…

Supercharge

Not only is “supercharge” a super good word to charge up your copy, it has an advantage not many people notice.

Supercharge is actually a compound word of two other words you may be familiar with: “Super” and “Charge.”

So not only are you benefiting from the perks of using either the words “super” or “charge,” but you’re now compounding those benefits by using them as one word!

That’s why they call it a compound word.

Also, we can say for certain that the word “super” has been used at least nine times now. Just proof how popular this word is.

Supercharged

Literally just past-tense of “supercharge.” It gives your copy diversity, plus the perfect choice when writing in past-tense.

Supercharges

Perfect choice if you’re supercharging in the present-tense. Also, “supercharging” is a great option. Should be on this list, now that we’re just writing it.

Super-Duper

Double the effectiveness of “super”** by adding “duper” after it. Twice the amount of letters, twice the benefits.

But don’t take our word for it. Try it out for yourself. You’ll see it’s super-duper effective!

Superdupercharge

Supercharge is a great word. But superdupercharge is even better.

Why? It’s longer.

Everyone knows longer words make you sound smarter.

Superdupercharged

Use this to superdupercharge your past-tense copy.

Superdupercharges

Another super-duper great way to superdupercharge your present-tense verbs.

Just like adding “ly” to the end of your startup name is incredibly effective, adding an “s” to the end for your verbs make them that much more impactful.

Boost

And last, but certainly least, is the word “boost.”

Boost has commonly been used by marketers and copywriters everywhere. It’s a trusty word used to put whatever product or service you’re promoting on a pedestal (or booster seat, rather).

Boost Your Copywriting With These Superdupercharged Words

Now that you have ten new words to supercharge your copywriting, your businesses will start to see crazy, supercharged results.

Apply them everywhere, don’t worry about keyword stuffing, and go boost your conversions.

*Only if that competition is based solely on character count.

** “Super” has been used at least eleven times. That’s super impressive.
